29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employee did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or About: February 6, 2024 Location: Lanidex Plaza, Parsippany, NJ 07054 a) Employee who was using a DeWalt miter saw to cut metal frame was exposed to eye loss/eye injuries due to struck by hazards as eye protection had not been utilized. The Muyu Contractor LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1514974, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29. 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Chosin Few Way, Bayonne, NJ 07002.
