These covers should be so arranged and interlocked that power will be shut off whenever the cover is opened to a point where the operator's fingers might come in contact with the beaters. On or about February 06, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the bakery; employees utilized three Hobart mixing machines without guards while performing baking operations.

29 CFR 1910.305(h)(6): Connectors used to connect lengths of cable in a run were not of a type that locked firmly together. Provisions were not made to prevent opening or closing these connectors while energized. Strain relief was not provided at connections and terminations. On or about February 06, 2024, in the bakery; employees utilized a Dutchess Semi - Automatic Dough Divider/ Rounder with damaged strain reliefs on the power cord while performing baking operations.
