The employer must train each affected employee in the manner required by the standard, and each failure to train an employee may be considered a separate violation. a) On or about February 6, 2024, the employer did not fully document training information related to machine guarding procedures on the hydraulic Accurpress, model no. 717512, serial no. 12328.
