29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  (a)	On or about February 6, 2024, employees doing decking work on two stories single-family residential home were exposed to, while using nail guns and were not wearing safety glasses.  Employees were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  On or about February 6, 2024, employees doing decking work on two stories single-family residential home were exposed to fall hazards to the ground by not having personal fall arrest system, guardrail system or safety net.   (a)	10-feet fall hazard (b)	20-feet fall hazard
