FORD ELITE SERVICE BAY - Four bundles of metal roof decking weighing approximately 2944 pounds were placed in the center of 14 120 ft steel web trusses and not within 1 foot of the joist end, exposing employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards on or about February 5, 2024.
