U.S. Postal Service, at a worksite located at 1401 W Fort St., Detroit, Michigan: On or about February 1, 2024, the employer did not ensure established hazardous energy control procedures, isolating electrical and pneumatic energy sources on  APBS Loose Mail System (LMS) Conveyor Diverter, were implemented prior to an employee performing unjamming activities. An employee tasked with clearing a jam between two diverter modules in an energized condition were exposed to caught in hazards.
