29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit routes were not free and/or unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Warehouse: On or about February 6, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the exit doors located between bay door 7&9 and 19&21 were blocked by several loads of pallets that could only be moved by a forklift or hand jack.
