29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks: (a) SR Originals, LLC: On or about February 6, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while conducting mixing and cleaning operations on the MIXING BOWL (BT 13070) that did not have a missing guard at the point of operation.
