29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about February 7, 2024, on the roof of the structure, employees worked near a leading edge without adequate fall protection while performing metal flashing operations, exposing them to fall hazards in excess of six feet.
