29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Accident prevention responsibilities. Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) On or about February 7, 2024, the general contractor did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections were being conducted for the jobsite at 2095 Princeton Road, Hamilton, OH 45011. As a result, 10 employees of the subcontractor performing roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of 17'6" from a lack of fall protection and improper ladder set up.
