29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) Jobsite located at 700 North Delaware Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19123 - On or about February 6, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in commercial construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were loading drywall into an opening in the side of the building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 27 feet.  b) Jobsite located at 700 North Delaware Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19123 - On or about February 7, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in commercial construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were loading drywall into an opening in the side of the building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 38 feet.
