29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Location: Worksite On or about February 7, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 20 feet as well as other hazards on site, where the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections to ensure that fall protection, hard hats, and eye protection were being utilized by employees on site.
