29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:  a) At 1899 Louisville Road, Savannah, GA 31415 in the Fabrication Shop: On or about February 8, 2024, and at times prior to, an employee was exposed to a time weighted average (TWA) of 87.2 decibels on the A scale (dBA) or the equivalent dose of 68.17% for a run time of 382 minutes, which exceeded the time weighted average of 85 dBA, thus exposing employees to noise hazards.
