(a) On or about February 7, 2024, at the construction site located at N53 W20354 Cessna Dr. Menomonee Falls, WI 53051, an employee was installing siding on a single family residential home while using a pneumatic nail gun without personal protective equipment, exposing himself to flying particles.

29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) On or about February 7, 2024, at the construction site located at N53 W20354 Cessna Dr. Menomonee Falls, WI 53051, an employee was installing siding on a single family residential home while working from a ladder jack scaffold system with no fall protection system in place and was not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.
