29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(C): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems: On or about 20 January, 2024, at the rig 247 site in Lamesa, TX, the employer failed to ensure that employees working near and around the cellar area had fall protection systems in place.
