OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to injuries from an inadequately maintained vehicle. Location: 756 Middlesex Turnpike, Old Saybrook, CT On or about February 5, 2024, an employee sustained serious injuries after being struck by/rolled over by a vehicle that was not properly maintained by the employer.
