29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about February 7, 2024, and times prior thereto, an extension cord, zip tied and wrapped around a metal conduit, was used as permanent wiring to energize a profiter heater, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
