29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Peel Room; On or about February 7, 2024 and times prior the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that employees were allowed to perform maintenance activities on equipment such as, but not limited to, the Peeler 1 and Peeler 2 machines without first being trained as authorized employees to ensure those employees had the knowledge and skills for the safe application, usage, and removal of energy controls.
