On or about: February 8, 2024 Location: 224 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003 a) The employer allowed the employees to overload the Material Hoist RGC Model 250G, Serial #04GA059 (max capacity 200 pounds) to hoist three 5-gallon buckets of concrete that weighed approximately 300lbs.
