29 CFR  1910.252(b)(2)(i)(A): During arc welding or arc cutting, helpers or attendants were not provided with proper eye protection:   a)  Production Department (CO2 Welders - NEW): On or about February 05, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to arc welding rays, in that welding dividers, screens, shields, or similar eye protections were not provided to employees using CO2 robotic welders (MX5A#3, MX5A#4, and MX5A#5) for welding operations.
