Charlotte P&DC, Maintenance Supply Room: On or about February 07, 2024, the approach to a designated exit door from inside the building was obstructed by a metal cart and an APC loaded with packages of mail that limited the width of the egress to 25 inches. ABATEMENT CERTIFICTION REQUIRED
