29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action or overheating:  On or about January 31, 2024, at an MCC room, C-1410 breaker's disconnect handle was broken and appeared as if it was deenergized when an employee reached into the breaker.
