29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), if operated up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than 20 feet to a power line, and did not meet requirements listed in 1926.1408(a)(2)(i-iii). a. On or about November 16, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee operating a TEREX Stinger BT4700 Boom Truck Crane within twenty (20) feet of a 4,000 volt power line was exposed to electrocution hazards.
