29 CFR  1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use:  location: roof on or about: 2/8/24  a) An employee was using a Bosch right angle grinder to cut block. The grinder was missing a guard for the cutting wheel.   location: roof on or about: 2/8/24  b) An employee was using a Bosch right angle grinder to cut tile. The grinder was missing a guard for the cutting disc. 29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): The employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites. These requirements are in addition to any other requirements for equipment grounding conductors:  location: roof on or about: 2/8/24  a) An employee was using electrical equipment, including a DeWalt angle grinder, while engaged in masonry work. The employee was not provided with GFCI protection or an assured equipment grounding conductor program.
