On or about February 12, 2024, on Lot 518, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximate 8-feet, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the residential stairs while the employees conducted framing work activities.  d. On or about February 12, 2024, on Lot 518, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximate 11-feet, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the second floor patio door while the employees conducted framing work activities.
