29 CFR 1926.34(a): Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied: At a worksite located at 500 Richards Road, Kansas City, MO 64116: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. This was last demonstrated on or about February 12, 2024, when workers were working at height on a roof without a safe mean of egress. The employer failed to protect employees from falling in the event of an emergency by not having in place a ladder for employees to exit the roof in a safe manner.
