29 CFR  1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used.  a) Backyard, 2255 East 2nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11223  On or about 02/12/2024, employees used an Imer Wheelman electric poly drum mixer to mix mortar for masonry work. The mixer was connected to an extension cord, which was worn and frayed with damaged insulation.
