29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings shall be provided with guardrail systems. Guardrail system criteria are contained in subpart M of this part. Location: Worksite; stairway between the first floor and basement, stairway between the first floor and second floor and stairway between the second floor and third floor. a) On 2/12/2024, the stairway between the first floor and basement were missing guardrails to prevent falling to the lower levels. b) On 2/12/2024, the stairway between the first and second floor were missing guardrails to prevent falling to the lower levels. c) On 2/12/2024, the stairway between the second and third floor were missing guardrails to prevent falling to the lower levels.
