(b) On or about April  03, 2024, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation #1, item #2a with an abatement due date of 03/18/2024.  (c) On or about April 03, 2024,  the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation #1, item #2b with an abatement due date of  03/18/2024.

Victor Manuel Aguirre Ramirez was previously cited for a repeat-serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1620493, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/02/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 188 Crocker Rd., Odenville, AL 35120.
