29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). On or about February 13, 2024, an employee engaged in gun cleaning activities at the facility located at 2600 Parkman Ave - Sioux City, IA 51111 was exposed to health and safety hazards in that the employer failed to maintain and ensure accessibility of safety data sheets for gun cleaning solvents for employees at the location. The safety data sheets for Kroil Penetrant and Slip 2000 Extreme Weapons Lubricant were not unavailable upon agency request.
