29 CFR 1926.651(d): Employees exposed to public vehicular traffic were not wearing warning vests provided by the employer: On or about February 13, 2024, at the intersection of S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. and Kingston St. Ontario OH 44906 the employer D2 Excavating LLC, failed to ensure employees were protected from public vehicular traffic struck-by hazards while performing trenching activities within a temporary traffic control pattern. Employees were not provided with and were not required to wear warning vests or other suitable garments marked with or made of reflectorized or high-visibility material.
