29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) New commercial construction located at 6135 Olli Walk, Alpharetta, GA 30005, Roof: On or about 02/14/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15-feet, 7-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing and sheathing activities.
