29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft:  (a) Processing room; A Hollymatic GMG 180A mixer grinder (S/N: 6760) machine contained a rotating shaft-end that was not smooth and projected out of the front side of the machine approx. 1.25 inches.
