29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) A newly constructed residential community located at 277 Clifton St., SE, GA 30317: On or about 02/13/2024, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of over 25-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to the employee working from a Sky-Jack - SJ66 T+ Aerial Lift basket preparing to install windows.
