29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about January 31, 2024, and at times prior thereto, at a residential construction site, the employer did not ensure employees wore fall protection while working at heights of six (6) feet or greater, exposing employees to fall hazards. EAC Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1504415, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2021, with respect to a workplace located 4300 Ranchero Drive, Sachse, TX, 75048. EAC Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562808, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located 2101-2125 Steer Creek Place, Mesquite, TX, 75149.
