On or about February 14, 2024, at 355 Brassie Dr, Longwood FL; four employees stripping and repairing a 4:12 pitch one story roof were not protected by any means of personal fall protection, safety nets, or guardrails exposing them to a fall of 9 feet 2 inches to the ground below.
