29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: (a) On or about February 14, 2024, in the corrugated department near the south wall there is a storage area; plastic corrugated sheets had been secured to a broken pallet and it had been stacked on top of other palletized product at a height of approximately 12-feet making it not stable, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
