29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 417 Route 130 North, East Windsor NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated articulated boom lift man lift basket while wearing an improperly strapped full body harness that was not connected to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 02/15/24.
