29 CFR 1926.153(j): Container(s) of liquefied petroleum gas (LP-Gas) were stored within building(s). a) RTN Construction and Painting LLC. On or about January 29, 2024, at the address of 614 East Main St. Lakeside Marblehead OH 43440: The employer failed to ensure that propane cylinders not in use were stored outside the structure. Two 66.4 lbs. LP-Gas propane cylinders were stored on the third floor of a building (hotel) under renovation. Employees operating in this area were exposed to fire/explosion hazards.
