29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) On or about November 15, 2023, the employer had not developed and implemented a Hazard Communication/Globally Harmonized System (GHS) Program, which would address labeling and other forms of warnings on hazardous material containers, Safety Data Sheets, and employee information and training on the hazards associated with the chemicals utilized on site, and is consistent with the GHS (29 CFR 1910.1200(a)(1)).  Employee(s) are exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to lubricants and various motor oils.   The written program must also contain the following: 1. A list of all hazardous materials on site; 2. The methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards associated with non-routine tasks involving hazardous materials; 3. The method the employer will use to inform employee of the chemicals their employees might be exposed to while performing duties at the work site.
