Employees engaged in residential framing activities worked at or near the edge at heights greater than 6 feet and were not protected from falls by use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system. Angelica Properties - Elm St. & Park Ave., Madison, NJ - Lot 6,7,8, Block 1302 The employer did not ensure employees used portable ladder as intended by the manufacturer. Employees engaged in residential construction activities, installing the second level deck, used an A-frame ladder as a means of access to the second level, using the top step to climb through the opening. Violation observed on or about February 15, 2024
