29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about February 7, 2024, at 8208 South Kohler Rd, Apple Creek, OH 44606, the employer did not ensure that employees loading wood onto Chamfer 1 were protected against crushing hazards at the point where the dog makes contact with the wood as well as between the wood and frame of the machine.
