29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) On or about February 15, 2024 at workplace: Employees were exposed to trip hazards, in that employees were working in an old metal dumpster which was rusting through the bottom creating floor holes in the walking-working surface.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) On or about February 15, 2024, at workplace: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards, in that the employer had approximately three compressed gas cylinders which were not secured properly. b) On or about February 15,2024, at workplace: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards, in that the employer had approximately four compressed gas cylinders which were not capped. c) On or about February 15, 2024, at workplace: Employees were exposed to chemical exposure hazards, in that some of the compressed gas cylinders were not labeled and/or legible.
