Any employee who enters the space, or that employee's authorized representative, must be provided an opportunity to observe the pre-entry testing required by this paragraph. a) Jobsite - Manhole # 1, manhole # 2 and manhole # 3: On or about 2/15/2024, the employer allowed workers to enter multiple permit-required confined space locations without performing atmospheric testing for flammable gases and vapors, and for potential toxic air contaminants, before entering these areas.
