29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(i): The powered industrial truck (PITs) operators were not trained and evaluated at least once every three years: (a) On or about February 16, 2024, and at times prior, the employer, Larry H Miller Ford Lakewood, did not ensure its parts department employees were protected from the following but not limited to hazards such as; crushing hazards, struck-by hazards, and roll over hazards while operating the Hyster Forklift LP-Propane vehicle . Employees were last trained in the year 2019.
