29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee covered by this section could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the health hazards associated with exposure to respirable crystalline silica:   321 Ellis Street: On or about February 16, 2024, the employer did not ensure that each employee covered by this section could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of at least the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1926(i)(2)(i)(A) through (F) where there were exposures to respirable crystalline silica while workers performed associated tasks including, but not limited to, sandblasting brick walls in the stairwell and grinding the floor and ceilings. When employees were working in the vicinity of activities that exposed them to silica dust, the exposing employer did not provide the training required by this standard.
