29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i):  Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v).  a) Truck Shop:  On or about February 13, 2024, a parts washer filled with solvent was not labeled to indicate what the product was exposing employees to inhalation and dermal absorption hazards.

29 CFR 1917.26(c):  The contents of each first aid kit were not checked at intervals that allowed prompt replacement of expended items.  a) Top pick shed:  On or about February 13, 2024, there were expired non aspirin tables  in the first aid kit, exposing employees to biological hazards and ineffective products.
