1910.1200(h)(2)(iii) The location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets required by this section. The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) 53 Pottsville Road, Cressona, PA 17929: On or about February 15, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, such as but not limited to gasoline, diesel, and concrete, while performing commercial construction without an adequate back up system to the employers electronic SDS Sheet access system. Abatement certification required.
