29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On February 13, 2024, an employee fell from scaffolding, resulting in an in-patient hospitalization of the employee. The employer did not report to OSHA within 24-hours the in-patient hospitalization of the employee. The event occurred at approximately 4:30PM on February 13, 2024, but was not reported to the local office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration until February 15, 2024.
