29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of safety data sheets: a) a) 53 Pottsville Road, Cressona, PA 17929: On or about February 15, 2024, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, such as but not limited to acetone, cyclohexanone, gasoline, and diesel while performing commercial construction without knowledge of the employer's backup system to the employers electronic SDS Sheet access system. Abatement certification is required.
